Discounts:

CCA offers a multi-sibling discount: 20% for 2nd child, 30% for 3rd child, 40% for the fourth child.

Receive a 2.5% discount by paying half of the annual tuition by September 1 and the other half by January 15th

Receive a 5% discount by paying the full annual tuition before September 1st.

Fees & withdrawal:

The registration fee is non-refundable.

The online registration platform charges a non-refundable $22.00 application fee.

Monthly payment plans are available.

If a student withdraws from CCA, tuition for the current trimester is payable and non-refundable, regardless of when the withdrawal takes effect. The trimesters for 2026/27 are as follows:

• First Trimester: August 26-November 13

• Second Trimester: November 30-February 26

• Third Trimester: March 1-May 28

Assessment:

After enrollment is completed, students in grades 1-6 will be assessed in the areas of math, Latin, and grammar (and possibly reading and writing) and placed in classes that will provide instruction at the level at which the student is ready to learn, regardless of the homeroom grade.

Age Requirements:

TK students must be 4 years old by September 1.

All students who have reached the age of 6 by September 1 are required to attend school full-time. This can be as a full-time CCA student or through CCA’s Homeschool partnership, which provides the following options:

Enrollment:

Enrollment for students in grades TK-8 for five half days: 8:30 am - 12:25 pm

Enrollment for students aged 4-6 (grades TK/K/1st Grade in the Classical Foundations Program for three half days: 8:30 am - 12:25 pm. Monday must be one of the three days. Families may choose the other two days, provided they are consistent throughout the year. Families may choose to vary the weekly schedule once per trimester.

Homeschool families are required to file their own Private School Affidavit (PSA) with the state of California that lists all students 6 years old and older.  A copy of the PSA must be given to CCA.
